• 1/2 cup sesame seeds
  • 1/2 cup golden flax seeds
  • 1 big apple
  • 1 banana
  • 1/4 whole lemon

  • Take 2,5 cups grinded poppy seeds and mix with 1 cup full fat coconut milk, 3 tbsp maple syrup, 1/2 tsp cinamon, zest from half lemon
  • Let set for couple of hours in the fridge
  • Blend couple of handfuls plums and spread the mixture over the crust
  • Lay the poppy mixture on top of it and pack it with your hand so it sticks together nicely
