- 2 cups cashews
- 1/2 cup coconut oil
- 2 Tbsp maple syrup
- 3Tbsp vanilla extract
- 2 packs of Saffron
- crushed lingon berries
- Put cashews (not soaked) into a high speed blender
- Pour just enough water to cover the nuts, rather less than more
- Add all the other ingredients but lingon
- Blend on highest speed untill the mixture gets warm and really smooth. Could take couple of minutes, it’s worth waiting for
- Pour over crushed berries and let set in the fridge over night
