Chop the kale and rubber it with the olive oil, so the blades soften a bit
Place the kale, green peas and broccoli for garnishing into a slow cooker (or in a bowl in the owen) on max 45 degrees Celsius or 118 F pour over water so they are covered and stirr in the veggie stock. Add salt if it is not a part of the veggie powder. Let it bath for at least 2 hours.
Take the kale and green peas out of the bath and put them into a high speed blender or a mixer. Add some of the “cooking” water too. The more water you add, the thinner the soup will be. Blend untill smooth and creamy
Garnish and spice up with whatever you like or have at home.
